Included in Pro

A cover letter for every application, written from your CV.

Paste the job ad, choose the CV, and in about a minute you have a letter that names the role, the company and the experience that fits: from your own facts and nothing else. Edit it paragraph by paragraph and download it on the same template as your CV.

  • Nothing invented: every claim is in your CV
  • Under 380 words, the length that gets read
  • Seven languages, each in its own register
  • PDF on your CV’s template, same header

Three steps, about a minute

No blank page and no form to fill in: the letter is written from a CV you already have, for one ad you paste.

  1. Choose the CV and paste the ad

Pick the CV you will send and paste the job ad. The letter is written from that exact version of the CV, so it can never claim something you took out later.

  2. Read the letter as it is written

A greeting, three or four paragraphs and a closing arrive one at a time, in the language you chose. Beside them, the requirements of the ad your CV does not cover: so you know what the letter did not claim.

  3. Edit, then download

Rewrite any paragraph with an instruction, or type over it. The PDF uses your CV’s template and header, so the two documents arrive as one application.

Why this one gets read

Most cover letters are ignored for predictable reasons: they repeat the CV, they flatter the company, they could have been sent anywhere. This one is built to avoid each.

It argues for the match, not for you

The letter reads the ad’s requirements and answers them with the experience from your CV that fits, one requirement at a time. What the recruiter is checking is what the letter talks about.

It cannot make things up

Every number, name and tool in the letter is checked against your CV before you see it. A claim that is not there is rejected and the letter rewritten: so you never defend, in an interview, something an AI added.

It tells you the gaps

Where the ad asks for something your CV lacks, the letter expresses willingness to grow into it rather than naming it as a skill, and the gap is listed beside the letter so you can decide what to do about it.

It ends up in your tracker

Started from an application, the letter is linked to it: the CV you sent, the letter that went with it and the follow-up date sit together on the board.

What it will not do

  • It will not invent experience. A tool, a figure or an employer that is not in your CV cannot appear in the letter; if the model tries, the check rejects it and asks for another draft.
  • It will not send anything. The letter is a document you download and attach. There is no connection to job boards or to your email.
  • It will not promise an outcome. A letter can make a recruiter read the CV with more attention; it cannot make a role fit. The list of gaps is there so you know before they do.

About the cover letter generator

How does the AI cover letter generator work?
You choose one of your CVs and paste the job ad. The model writes a greeting, three or four paragraphs and a closing from the CV’s content and the ad’s requirements, in the language you choose. Every claim in the draft is then checked against the CV: a fact that is not there is rejected and the letter is rewritten. You edit the result paragraph by paragraph and download it as a PDF on your CV’s template.
Can the letter contain something that is not in my CV?
No. Numbers, names, employers and tools in the letter must already be in the CV it was written from; a draft that adds one is refused before you see it. Where the ad asks for something the CV lacks, the letter says you are ready to learn it rather than claiming it, and the requirement is listed beside the letter as a gap.
How long is the cover letter?
Between 200 and 380 words, about two thirds of a page, which is the length a recruiter actually reads. A draft outside that band is rewritten. Every paragraph can be shortened or rewritten with an instruction afterwards.
Which languages can it write in?
Italian, English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese and Dutch. Each language has its own register, the form of address, the level of formality, rather than a translation of the English letter. The CV can be in a different language from the letter.
Is the cover letter generator free?
It is part of the Pro plan. Pro can be bought as a monthly or a yearly subscription; both include 200 AI generations a month, and a letter counts as one. The free plan includes one CV, its ATS score and the application tracker, so you can build the CV first and add Pro when you need the letter.

The next application deserves its own letter.
