Questions about billing

What do I get without paying?
One CV, edited and exported for as long as you like, with a real ATS score computed from the page as it is on screen, and the whole application tracker: every job you apply to on a board, the CV you sent frozen beside it, and a follow-up reminder by email. The free PDF carries a small watermark, and reading a job ad from a link is done by the AI, which is part of Pro; pasting the ad into the form is free.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. A subscription is cancelled from your profile page and stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing renews after that and no notice is required.
What happens to my CVs if I go back to Free?
They stay where they are and stay readable. A CV already built on a premium template remains editable on that template; what the free plan limits is creating new ones and exporting without the watermark.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, fourteen days, and we never ask you to waive it. Write to support@vitaesupply.com, or send the model form linked in the footer, and the payment is refunded in full.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pro and Career also come as a yearly subscription, which costs less than twelve months and renews once a year at the list price. Cancel any time from your profile, and the 14 days to change your mind apply to the yearly plan too.
