1. What the service does

vitaesupply lets you build a CV from a set of templates, score it for how well applicant tracking software is likely to read it, rewrite it against a specific job advert using an AI model, and download the result as a PDF. You can build and edit without an account; an account is needed to save your work and to download.

2. Your account

You need to be at least 18 years old. Give a valid email address, keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us at support@vitaesupply.com if you think someone else has got into your account.

One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under yours.

3. Plans and prices

• Free costs nothing: one CV per account, the basic templates, the ATS score and a PDF marked "Made with vitae". To start a different CV, delete the one you have.
• Pro and Career are paid, as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price is the one shown at the time of purchase, VAT included for those paying in euros. A launch offer may lower the price of the first period: the renewal is at the list price shown beside the offer, unless cancelled before it falls due.
• A subscription renews on its own at the end of each period, at the list price, until you cancel it from the billing portal in your profile: cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and from then on you are back on Free and lose nothing you created.
• What each plan includes is listed in the application and may change; a new price applies from the next renewal and we tell you by email first. The monthly number of AI rewrites is a safety limit against abuse, not a counter to run down.

4. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason. An email to support@vitaesupply.com from your account's address, with the purchase date, is enough; you may use the withdrawal form, but you do not have to.

We refund you in full, to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your request, at no cost. Access to the plan ends when the refund is made: your CVs, letters and applications stay in your account with the Free plan's features.

The service starts right after the purchase because that is what you ask for by buying; we never ask you to waive the right of withdrawal, and the 14 days stand even if you have already used the plan's features meanwhile.

5. Your content stays yours

Everything you write into a CV remains yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, show it back to you, process it to calculate a score, send it to the AI model when you ask for tailoring, and render it into a PDF. Nothing else, and never for advertising or for training our own models.

You are responsible for what you put in. Make sure it is truthful, and that you are entitled to include any information about other people, such as a former manager named as a referee.

6. What the AI produces, and what it does not guarantee

Tailoring is performed by an automated language model. Like every such model it can be wrong: it may rephrase a fact inaccurately, overstate a result, or introduce a detail that is not in your original CV.

Read the result before you use it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any CV you send to an employer. The ATS score is an indication based on our own heuristics, not a verdict from any real recruiting system, and neither the score nor the tailoring is a promise of interviews, replies or employment.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, including impersonating someone else;
• create accounts automatically or in bulk, or otherwise try to get around the one-CV limit;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

8. Availability

The service is under active development and is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and features may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before a change that would remove something you rely on. Keep your own copy of any CV that matters to you.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Italian law: including the mandatory rights you have as a consumer, which these terms leave untouched. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes of a job application.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. Delete your CV from My CVs, or write to support@vitaesupply.com to close your account and have your data removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and may bring a case before the courts there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and we will announce a material change in the application before it takes effect.
