Healthcare
No clinical CV goes anywhere until the licence is confirmed. Put it where it cannot be missed and the rest of the page starts from a position of trust.
Healthcare hiring is a compliance process before it is a selection process. A registration number, its expiry, the mandatory training and, where you are moving country, the recognition of your qualification are checked before anybody forms an opinion about you.
What distinguishes two otherwise identical CVs is the setting and the caseload. A ward manager is staffing a rota, and they are reading for whether you have done this specific work, at this intensity, with these patients.
Group registration, qualification and mandatory training into one block near the top, each with a date. It is the block that gets checked, and a reader who finds it in three seconds spends the time they saved on your experience.
Describe where you worked in the terms the profession uses: the type of unit, its size, how many patients you carried, what proportion were high-dependency. Those facts transfer between employers; a job title often does not.
